We ship internationally and customs fees, or other additional fees might be charged by a third party (for example customs office). We are not responsible for paying this, the customer is responsible for knowing about and paying these fees. You should know and understand your own country's fees on shipments and expect to be charged. We have no way of stating the fees of each country, because every country is different.
As a store, we do not handle these fees and we are not the ones who charge them.
If a package is refused by the recipient for any reason, we are not responsible to issue a refund.
